2. Services
Tallahassee Tree Service provides professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, lot clearing, and emergency response in Tallahassee, FL and surrounding areas. All services are subject to a separate written estimate or work order.
3. Estimates & Quotes
Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on the conditions observed at the time of inspection. Additional charges may apply if conditions change or unforeseen issues arise during the work.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.
5. Property Access & Responsibility
You represent that you are the property owner or are authorized to request work on the property. You agree to provide safe access to the work site and to identify any underground utilities, irrigation, or other hazards in advance.
6. Insurance & Liability
Tallahassee Tree Service is licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden hazards not disclosed to us, or damage caused by acts of nature.
7. Cancellations
Scheduled services may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a fee to cover crew and equipment costs.
8. Website Use
The content on this website is provided for informational purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
9. Intellectual Property
